Who we are

Blue Frequency is an agentic product & services studio based in Sydney, Australia. We are the data controller for the information described here. You can reach us through the contact form on our website.

What we collect

• Contact-form details. When you submit the contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide, so we can reply to your enquiry.
• Analytics data. We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand how the site is used (for example, which pages are viewed and roughly where visitors come from). This is aggregate and does not identify you. We do not set advertising or tracking cookies, so we don't show a cookie banner.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

• Responding to enquiries — to reply to and follow up on messages you send us. Basis: your consent when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in communicating with people who contact us.
• Understanding site usage — to measure and improve the website. Basis: our legitimate interest in running and improving our site, using data that does not identify you.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. We use a small number of trusted service providers who process data on our behalf, under contract and only as needed to provide their service:

• Attio — CRM — stores contact-form enquiries so we can respond and follow up.
• Vercel — Website hosting and aggregate, cookieless web analytics (no tracking cookies).
• Cloudflare — Turnstile spam protection on the contact form.

International transfers

Some of these providers are based outside Australia, so your information may be processed overseas (for example, in the United States or the European Union). Where that happens, we rely on the provider's own safeguards and contractual protections for handling personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep contact-form enquiries for as long as needed to deal with your request and maintain our business relationship, after which we delete or anonymise them. Aggregate analytics data is retained only in summarised, non-identifying form.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it. To make a request — or if you have any privacy question or concern — get in touch through our contact form and we'll respond promptly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our site and services evolve. When we do, we'll revise the effective date above.
